CompanyCam's Terms and Conditions, updated August 14, 2026, grant CompanyCam and its processors a license to use Customer Data for training, improving, and developing its internal machine-learning and AI models. The terms say those models are used solely to enhance and provide its services and are not sold or licensed to third parties, subject to the stated acquisition exception.
Ditch's Privacy Policy says we do not use Customer Content to train generalized AI models and do not opt it into provider training or data-sharing programs.

CompanyCam provides project-data CSV exports and per-project photo downloads. Original timestamps and GPS can be preserved when they exist in the exported files. Comments, annotations, reports, videos, and other CompanyCam-specific records may require a separate review and may not transfer automatically.
